Group Visit Form

To request a field trip program, group visit, tour or other group program for 10 or more, please fill out the form. You will be contacted within 2 business days. Group visits must be pre-arranged at least three weeks in advance. Space is subject to availability. We are now accepting requests for the 2025–2026 school year for grades 5 and above. Field trip priority is given to district partnership schools, and schools and programs within LOTT’s service area.
